Arlee (he/him) is a lifelong resident of Southern Maryland.  He graduated in 2005 from UMBC with a BA in Psychology, and in 2017 graduated from Salisbury University with a Master's degree in Social Work.  His professional background includes child welfare, substance abuse/addiction, and general practice counseling.  

Since receiving his clinical license, Arlee has had dreams of owning a specialty practice to empower people from these two communities he holds dear.  He has benefited from the guidance, nurturance, and assistance of many people in this venture, including his own therapists!

Aside from his professional experience, Arlee is a parent, a lover of plants, and a great big nerd.  As a counselor, his favorite demographic is teens and young adults, as well as anyone else navigating the waters of "Who do I want to be?"
