Peace Lutheran Church

We are pleased to announce in-person services can now be offered thanks to our partnership with Peace Lutheran Church in Waldorf, Maryland.

Many in our community deal with religious trauma from mistreatment both as children and adults, especially in the current political atmosphere.  With this in mind, it is understandable that some may be skeptical of attending an office located in a church.  However, please know that the practice itself is secular, and the church is explicitly affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals.  From their website:

 Peace Lutheran Church is an open and affirming faith community that believes in supporting, loving, and welcoming our LGBTQIA+ neighbors. Peace Lutheran hosts LGBTQIA+-related events and social justice activities in addition to participating in local and regional pride celebrations.
